very lovely reception staff who were more than helpful

The rooms were big, clean, new towels every day, fast wi-fi, smiled polite stuff!

It was recently built so everything is new. we stayed in a suit room which was spacious, having a kitchen in the room is rare for this kind of a hotel. Location is really central with car, no parking issue.

The overall experience was great.Hotel rooms are really clean, much bigger than expected, and alongside the complimentary coffee, tea and the kettle you have in the rooms, the closet is really big and enough for all the clothes you may bring.We stayed for 7 nights, BB service, and breakfast was delicious, including various types of cheese, eggs, Turkish pastry, fresh fruits etc.. Highley recommended, since there are not too many options around the hotel for breakfast outside.Only thing that was slightly bad, was the construction/ renovation close to restaurant section. I assume it will be over soon and will not be a problem.Definitely a place I will recommend, and be happy to come back.

It was disaster to be there

I didn’t like the bed because it is adding two solo bed together to make it king size and I couldn’t sleep on it and the service is bad even the smell of the hotel additional there was new construction and my jacket get ruined and dirty because of the wall

Amazing staff- i lived at the hotel alone for 10 days for rhinoplasty and the staff were so so sweet. I felt very safe and staff gave me a lot of ice. Very clean room and supersweet cleaningstaff.

Room was very clean, housekeeping was excellent. Reception staff were excellent, polite and friendly. Window fully and partially opens.

The pillows were not comfortable at all and also the bed but the pillows was way worse. The heating in the room was too hot and very hard to readjust. Need more clothes hanger.

Everything was nice And thanks to Ugur in the reception he upgraded to a bigger room

I regularly stay at the hotel. The staff is very responsive. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a free parking space. It is located on a quiet and peaceful street.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by several aspects of my experience. The hotel is located in a quiet area. The rooms are clean and newly renovated, featuring modern furniture and interior design. The staff is very polite and accommodating. The hotel is conveniently located about a 10-15 minute walk from the metro to the airport, with the overall journey to the Sabiha airport taking a little over an hour.The hotel also has its own restaurant, offering a good selection of dishes at reasonable prices. Additionally, there are numerous medical centers nearby, making the hotel a popular choice for patients visiting these clinics for treatments like hair transplants and plastic surgery. The area is also rich in cafes and restaurants serving traditional Turkish cuisine.

There were a few drawbacks. The single beds are relatively narrow (~85 cm) and the mattresses are very soft. I almost fell off when I moved towards the edge! Another inconvenience was the WiFi connection, which requires verification through an SMS to your phone number. The SMS messages were very unreliable; I had SIM cards from three different countries and only received the verification code on one of them. This could be an issue for guests without international roaming.

Food was good during normal meal times, out of hours was ok but obviously microwaved.

Location in business district , but chosen due to daughter going to hospital for procedure and recommended when booking medical procedure , 5 minute walk to local restaurant (very good food)

very bad location , facility and ACthey couldnt fix my ac its a hell night and very hot in the room

Very helpful staff. Comfy bed and decent breakfast. Quiet area within walking distance of market and shops.

Friendly and supportive staff, clean rooms and bathrooms. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. It feels like home, I always stay in this hotel.
